SHIPPING

Our Andi Dress & Peggy Pants are dyed to order, please allow up to 2 weeks for these items to ship. Remnant Cardigans will be dispatched within 1-3 business days. Once dispatched you will receive an email confirming shipment.

We offer free tracked shipping via Royal Mail on all domestic orders. Unfortunately we are currently unable to deliver outside of the UK.

RETURNS POLICY

We offer a 14 day return policy on all full price items providing they are returned in the same unused condition & with original packaging. We will not accept returns on any items which are not in the same quality as we shipped them. Once an item has been received & processed we will issue a refund, excluding any shipment costs, to the original method of payment. Once your refund has been processed, please allow several business days for the funds to appear back in your account.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

EXCHANGES

Due to our styles being either one of a kind or dyed to order we do not offer exchanges. If you would like to order another size, you will need to place a new order.
